For more information on how to compare your usage with similar homes, setting energy saving tips and more see our Help & Advice section.

What is interval data?

Interval data is used to measure the amount of electricity that passes through an interval meter. If you have one, your interval meter will record how much energy is used within a set period of time.

Electricity can be metered half-hourly, hourly, weekly, monthly or bimonthly depending on your meter.

How do I view my interval data?

Your interval data can be viewed at any time in My Account once you’ve been billed. You can set up or log in to your My Account page here.

Click the ‘Usage’ tab, followed by the ‘Interval Data’ tab.

Business

Click the ‘Interval Data’ tab.

What interval information will I be able to view?
