Community spirit boosted by Collie Small Grants Program

Synergy’s Collie Small Grants Program continues to power positive change in the local community, with more than $57,000 in funding awarded to 13 not-for-profit groups.

Now in its seventh year, the program has distributed over $267,000 to community organisations since its launch in 2019, supporting projects that deliver lasting social, economic and environmental benefits to the Collie region.

Synergy Acting CEO Kurt Baker said Synergy’s long-standing presence in Collie underpins its commitment to supporting the region.

“We’re proud to support the Collie community through this program, which helps bring to life the ideas and efforts of local groups working to make a real difference,” Kurt said.

“This year we were pleased to be able to support more projects than ever before, reflecting the high quality and strong community value of the applications received.”
