I no longer want to receive Automated REBS Payments
No worries, we can help arrange this for you. The quickest and simplest way is to opt out via My Account, or you can call our customer service centre on 13 13 53.
By opting out, we'll no longer send your REBS payments to your nominated bank account for credits of $75 or more. Instead, you'll need to call us on 13 13 53 to arrange payment by cheque for any credits of $100 or more.
If you do decide to opt out of Automated REBS Payments, you'll still continue to enjoy the convenience of our Paperless and Direct Debit services (unless you update these preferences separately via My Account).
