On average, the process from quote to installation can take up to 2 - 3 months, depending on when we get approvals and if you have your electricity account with us. But we're with you every step of the way, so you'll always know where we're at.
Organise a no-commitments SolarReturn quote
Once you've requested a call back from us, we'll call you to discuss your business requirements and then crunch the numbers to work out if you're eligible for a SolarReturn.
How long does it take?

We'll then work out a deal that's matched to your business for an optimised return.
Once you're happy with our initial offer, we'll organise to visit your business to make sure we design a SolarReturn system that's optimised for your unique business requirements.

Apply to Western Power to connect to the grid
If you're a Synergy electricity customer, we'll organise your approval with Western Power to connect to the grid, and to reconfigure your meter so it's SolarReturn ready.
We'll guide you through the process.
If you're electricity is supplied from another retailer, you'll need to send us your reference number before we can take care of the connection process.
Following Western Power approvals, you'll pay a deposit and then we'll tee up a convenient time for your system to be installed and discuss any impacts during the installation on the day.

It all depends on the size of your system, and your business requirements.
