Smart Home Plan eligibility criteria - product no longer available

Smart Home Plan is not available as a new product option and is only available to customers already on the product prior to 1 July 2025. If the customer moves residential location after 30 June 2025, they will be required to shift to an active tariff. Smart Home Plan is available for residential customers only. It is not available for any industrial, commercial, business or home business use.

From 1 July 2025, Smart Home Plan will not be available with any home battery installation or upgrade.

 

SmartPower eligibility criteria  – product no longer available


SmartPower is not available as a new production option and is only available to customers already on the product prior to 1 July 2025. If the customer moves residential location after 30 June 2025, they will be required to shift to an active tariff. SmartPower is available for residential customers only. It is not available for any industrial, commercial, business or home business use.

From 1 July 2025, SmartPower will not be available with any home battery installation or upgrade. 


EV Home Plan  – product no longer available

EV Home Plan is not available as a new product option and is only available to customers already on the product prior to 1 July 2025. If the customer moves residential location after 30 June 2025, they will be required to shift to an active tariff. EV Home Plan is available for residential customers only. It is not available for any industrial, commercial, business or home business use.

From 1 July 2025, EV Home Plan will not be available with any battery installation or upgrade.

The EV tariff is available to a customer subject to the following conditions:

a.)  the customer satisfies Synergy that the amount of electricity supplied to the customer’s premises will be less than 50MW hours per annum;

b.) an Electric Vehicle is registered at the customer’s premises with the Western Australian Department of Transport; and

c.) a time of use meter is installed at the customer’s premises.

For the purposes of this clause, an Electric Vehicle means a plug in or plug in hybrid electric vehicle.
