Midday Saver Pilot Terms & Conditions

Synergy’s Midday Saver pilot product offers residential customers a three band time of use pricing depending on the time of day electricity is used. The product is designed to encourage customers to shift their electricity usage outside of the Peak times, i.e. 3 pm to 9 pm, by offering lower rates during Super Off peak and Off Peak periods. The more electricity customers are able to shift away from Peak, the more they can save on their bills.
