To get started, just have your account number or copy of your bill handy to get started.

A couple of things you need to know.... You can switch back to your existing plan at any time. The Peak Demand Saver is a non-regulated tariff (this is what we call a non-standard contract).

This simply means it has different terms and conditions, tariff prices, rebates and charges compared to our other home electricity plans (standard contracts).

All fields required unless indicated as optional.

Step One: Your account

The first name of the primary account holder.

The last name of the primary account holder.

You'll find your account number at the top left of your bill.

We think age is only a number! Please enter the date of birth of the account holder so that we can identify you.

You'll find your supply address printed on the front of your bill, just below your 'Account summary'

This is the address we'll send any paperwork to.
