The regulated tariffs are reviewed each year by the State Government and the price increases reflect the rising costs to generate and transport electricity, as well as the costs associated with maintaining the safety, security and sustainability of the electricity network.

At Synergy, we do our best to minimise the costs we can control and are always working on efficiencies to supply cleaner and more sustainable energy for our customers.

We know that times are tough for many Western Australians, which is why Synergy has a range of support services available to help customers manage their energy usage and pay their bills.

For eligible customers, there are also concessions and State Government rebates available.

There will be no changes to either the REBS or DEBS buyback rate.
