The Western Australian community has faced some difficult times over the past twelve months, responding to COVID-19, the Wooroloo Bushfires, Cyclone Seroja and the current Denmark and Bridgetown bushfire emergency.

Synergy continues to work with Western Power and other stakeholders to identify those customers who have been affected by the Denmark and Bridgetown bushfires.

As more information becomes available, Synergy will contact impacted customers to offer further support including flexible payment arrangement options.
