At Synergy, we recognise the difficulties faced by many households and businesses as a result of COVID-19 with many West Aussies facing unprecedented financial stress.

We worked with the State Government to ensure no increase to the A1 regulated residential tariff and have committed to no electricity disconnections and no interest or fees for deferred payments or energy instalment plans for eligible customers until at least 30 September 2020.  Eligible customers receiving the Energy Assistance Payment (EAP) have also received a one-off boost payment of $305.25 as a credit to their Synergy account.

For businesses, Synergy on behalf of the State Government has also provided an account offset of $2,500 to over 75,000 eligible small businesses and charities as a credit on their Synergy account, to help take the pressure off their bills.

For those eligible, there are also a number of
concessions and State Government rebates available.
