Important information about changes to electricity rates

The State Government recently announced changes to regulated electricity retail tariffs from 1 July 2017.
These price changes reflect the components that make up your electricity tariff rate, such as generation and transport costs, regulatory costs and the costs associated with maintaining your account.

The new tariff prices won’t increase the cost of your electricity consumption, but they will close the gap for WA’s fixed energy costs.
