Your account manager goes through the report with you to talk what these results mean for your business, and how you can respond to any issues raised.

As the audit covers the quality of the electricity supply both from our network and within your premises, if we found that our supply falls short of the published standard, we organise to fix the supply, and your power audit is free of charge.
