Grant Draper Grant Draper heads a highly professional and expert sales team at Synergy. With over 15 years experience in the energy industry, Grant brings a great deal of knowledge in wholesale procurement, pricing, and business development to the sales team. Grant is passionate about 'putting customers first' and getting his team to work with customers to generate mutual value, especially in a rapidly changing regulatory and market environment. Grant holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (AGSM) and a Master Degree in Economics (UWA).
Allen Gerber Allen has worked in deregulated energy markets for over 15 years, the last 4 of which have been at Synergy. Prior to joining the Sales Team, Allen managed product development for Synergy's Industrial & Commerical customers where he developed a deep knowledge of the West Australian energy market. Whilst in the UK, Allen was involved in the European carbon trading scheme. Allen has a Master's Degree in Business.
Stuart Webb Stuart’s commercial and technical expertise in the energy industry make him the ideal manager to deliver energy solutions for customers in a range of industries, including retail, commercial and the manufacturing sector. Stuart's strength is ensuring that contractual arrangements are in the mutual best interest of both the customer and the supplier. Stuart is qualified in Electrical Engineering and Business Management.
Steve Wall Steve joined Synergy, and previously Western Power in 1998 after having spent 3 years in the deregulated eastern states energy industry. Steve’s 13 years with Synergy have enabled him to develop a broad understanding of the energy requirements of customers, including shopping centres, commercial buildings, manufacturers and the mining industry. Steve has a Bachelor of Business.
Andrew Williams Andrew has over 15 years experience in sales management, account management and business development. He has a solid understanding of both commercial and industrial customers’ needs, be they in the manufacturing or retail sector. Andrew is customer focused and prides himself in providing excellent service, believing that relationship management is the cornerstone to delivering tailor made energy solutions.
Martin Winship As a long term employee of Synergy, and previously Western Power, Martin has extensive experience Account Management, Generation, Networks, Metering and Inspection and Customer Service with a focus on relationship building, dealing to commercial and technical enquires and contract documentation. Martin is qualified in Electrical Engineering.
Rama Kusuma Rama has over 10 years experience in sales in both the energy and telecommunications industry. Rama is full of energy and always looking at opportunities to improve the level of service to our customers. Rama is currently working closely with many local governments to ensure that we can meet their energy needs. Rama holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the Curtin University of Technology.
Tony Varma Tony brings a broad level of expertise to Synergy. With over 15 years of experience in wholesale, retail and corporate sales management roles, his background includes working in a number of different industries, including a high profile multinational gas company. Tony manages a complex portfolio of industrial, government and corporate clients, and specialises in working with customers to provide innovative energy solutions.
Graeme Ross Graeme has been in the Energy industry for over 12 years and has a wide ranging knowledge of both gas and electricity. Prior to working in the energy industry Graeme worked in business development for a major manufacturers in the timber industry as well a number of hardware retailers in Europe. Graeme has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Studies.
Gary Petersen Gary has more than 25 years experience in the WA energy market. His success in negotiating both gas and electricity contracts in the highly competitive WA energy market is unparalleled. Much of Gary’s success can be attributed to his customer focused account management skills and ability to build customer relationships that have endured the test of time.
