Geoff Roberts
Geoff is Synergy's Chief Operating Officer and has been with Synergy since 2005. He has extensive experience in the financial services sector, most recently as Director of Retail at BankWest. He brings sales management skills and customer service expertise to his role.
Anand Anandarajah
Anand has extensive experience in the energy industry, including sales and corporate planning roles. He has postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Economics and Business, and currently manages a portfolio that includes some of the largest retail customers in mining and mineral processing, telecommunications and grains handling.
Kathleen Clayton
Kathleen has been with Synergy since 1996, using her eight years experience in Marketing and Sales Manager roles in the wine industry to build a portfolio including large food manufacturers, shopping centres, local government and major hotels. She has a Sales and Marketing Diploma from Curtin University of Technology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Curtin Business School.
Edward Cygler
Ed’s 30 year experience in the engineering field underpins his role as Supply Services Manager. He has experience in the planning of electrical transmission and distribution systems, and has also worked in operations. Ed’s portfolio includes major clients from food production, mining and general industry. He has a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Australia.
Neville Fry
Neville has many years experience utilising his accounting background in the customer service environment, handling residential and small business customers. A member of the Account Management team since 2000, Neville’s portfolio includes customers within the commercial, retail, manufacturing and local government areas.
Herve Groeme
Herve joined Synergy in1983, and has been involved in many areas, including major customer account management, power station maintenance, distribution system planning, construction and maintenance, and power reliability and quality investigations. Herve has a Bachelor degree in Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business.
Graeme Ross
Graeme specialises in developing customer focussed energy solutions for large manufacturing, agriculture-based and food processing companies. He has over 15 years of experience in sales and business development, working with major manufacturers and retailers both in Australia and overseas. Graeme has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Studies.
Steve Wall
Steve has valuable knowledge on the deregulated eastern states electricity industry which supports his portfolio of commercial buildings, suburban shopping centres and manufacturing customers. Steve has a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Marketing and Management.
Stuart Webb
Stuart has considerable experience and technical expertise in the energy industry that complements his role of developing enduring relationships with Synergy's business customers, and in delivering competitive solutions for their energy requirements. Stuart is qualified in Electrical Engineering and Business Management. His account management portfolio includes retail, commercial and manufacturing industry groups.
Martin Winship
Martin has an in-depth knowledge of the energy business and has held positions in generation, transmission and distribution areas. He works with major customers, developing energy solutions to satisfy their business needs. His portfolio includes healthcare, education and transport and storage customers. Martin has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Curtin University of Technology.
