This form is for customers who have not had a Synergy account before, and would like to connect power to their home.

If you are building a new house and want to connect electricity please apply for a new connection.

If the power at your home is already disconnected, please contact us on 13 13 53 to arrange your power connection.

Before you begin

You will need the following:

  • An email address
  • A contact telephone number
  • If you are eligible for concession, have your concession card available
  • If you are applying on behalf of someone else (e.g. a real estate agent or landlord) print, sign and scan a customer consent form and attach it to this form in the property ownership section below
