What is EvenPay?

EvenPay means you’ll never be surprised by a large energy bill. The total cost of your energy use over a year is spread out into regular monthly or fortnightly amounts.

How does EvenPay work?

We look at your previous energy usage to determine how much we think you’ll use in the year. If there isn’t enough usage information, we’ll ask you 4 questions to help us calculate your EvenPay payment amount.

Don’t worry if you use less or more energy throughout the year. We’ll recalculate your EvenPay amount every 6 months, to make sure you’re not paying too much or too little for the energy you’re using.
