The Bill Manager tool has been updated to reflect the 1 July 2010 changes to tariffs. You can use this tool to find out ways to manage the impact of the price increase on your household.

The savings in Bill Manager are based on:

• An average sized home of 200 square meters
• Stand-by power typical consumption of 92.2 watts per household
• Reducing shower time from 8 to 4 minutes, for 2 showers per day
• Substituting a hot wash for a cold wash, where hot wash temperature is 40 degrees celcius
• Owning a home computer with an average energy consumption of 100W
