We’re determined to make customer service, and your satisfaction, our number one priority. And to help us keep on track, we’ve appointed a Customer Advocate with the job of serving your interests.

He’s an industry professional with over 18 years experience in the energy sector. Working as your Customer Advocate, Ken’s been authorised to act independently, to deal fairly with any disputes that come up.

If he needs to, Ken consults with independent bodies including the Energy Ombudsman and The Office of Energy on your behalf. By going through your Customer Advocate, your issues can also be heard by Synergy's executive managers – with the highest power to quickly solve most problems.

As your first point of contact, our Customer Service Team always try to fix problems right away. But if that's not possible, or you’re not really satisfied with the outcome, then please contact your Customer Advocate to help you take it further.

We’re always ready to listen – your feedback is helping to make some positive, lasting improvements to our energy service for all customers.
