Would you like to see how much electricity you used compared with last year? Would you like to see how your electricity use contributes to greenhouse gas emissions? Need a copy of your latest bill? You can do all this and more using "My Account". 

To use the system you just have to make up a user name and password, login, enter  a few details off your bill and next time you log in all the data is there for you, all the way back to 1995.  There is a link to My Account at the top of every page. Find out more about My Account.

Did you know that you can pay online with your credit card simply by clicking the 'Pay Online' link at the top of every page on this website?

Energy Saving Tips

In the Residential section you can find useful information on SmartWays to Save energy around your home. 

Our interactive SmartWays Energy Calculator is full of tips on how to be more energy efficient in each room of your home and incorporates a calculator to give you an idea what each appliance cost to run.  Try it out to see how you can save.

Residential customers can also choose products like SmartPower, our time-of-use charging system that can reduce your electricity bill, if you choose to install the appropriate meter.
