Connecting an Existing House

It’s easy to connect the power to an existing home. First make sure you know your exact street address (and if you’re on a corner block, we'll need both street names).

Then call us on 13 13 53 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and we’ll sort it out for you.

Or if you’d like to open your new Synergy account online then use the online application form on our Service Centre pages.  If you have a Synergy account elsewhere you will be able to arrange to close that also.
