Geoff Roberts, joined Western Power in July 2005 and was appointed to the position of Head of Retail in January 2006. Geoff's has worked extensively in the financial services sector most recently as Director of Retail at BankWest. He has significant experience in sales management and is absolutely committed to delivering quality customer service. 

Anand Anandarajah has extensive experience in the energy industry covering sales and corporate planning roles. He has postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Economics and Business and currently manages a portfolio that includes some of the largest retail customers in  mining and mineral processing, telecommunications and grains handling. 

Kathleen Clayton's portfolio includes large food manufacturers, shopping centres, Local Government and major hotels.  In 1996, after eight years as a Marketing and State Sales Manager in the Wine Industry, Kathleen joined Western Power and was able to use her valuable insight into the demands of the food and hospitality industries.  Whilst studying at Curtin, Kathleen completed a Sales and Marketing Diploma, and has also completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing at Curtin Business School. Kathleen has a 4 year old son.

Edward Cygler as the Supply Services Manager brings valued experience to the account management team through his engineering background spanning some 30 years. Ed graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering. He has held a number of positions that focused on the planning of electrical transmission and distribution systems, and worked in operations. Later, while an account manager Ed's customer portfolio included major clients from food production, mining and general industry.

Neville Fry has extensive knowledge and experience to his role in account management. With an accounting background, Neville has spent many years within the customer service environment dealing with residential and small business customers. Since 2000 Neville has been a member of the Account Management team with responsibility for a portfolio of customers within the commercial, retail, manufacturing and Local Government areas.

Herve Groeme started work with Western Power in1983. As well as major customer account management, Herve has been involved in the areas of power station maintenance, distribution system planning, construction and maintenance, power reliability and quality investigations. Herve has a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business. His hobbies and interests include amateur radio, remote imaging by satellite and digital videography. 

Graeme Ross specialises in developing customer focussed energy solutions for large manufacturing, agriculture-based and food processing companies. He has over 15 years of experience in sales and business development, dealing with major manufacturers and retailers both in Australia and overseas. Graeme has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Studies.

Steve Wall  has valuable knowledge on the deregulated eastern states electricity industry that helps in managing his portfolio of commercial buildings, suburban shopping centres and manufacturing customers. Steve has a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Marketing and Management.

Stuart Webb has considerable experience and technical expertise in the energy industry that complements his role of developing enduring relationships with Synergy's business customers, and in delivering competitive solutions for their energy requirements. Stuart is qualified in Electrical Engineering and Business Management.  His account management portfolio includes retail, commercial and manufacturing industry groups. 

Martin Winship works with major customers, placing a strong emphasis on developing energy solutions to satisfy their business needs. His portfolio consists of healthcare, education and transport & storage customers. Martin has an in-depth knowledge of the energy business and has held positions in generation, transmission and distribution areas. Martin has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Curtin University.

Francis Wong focuses on providing assistance to new customers seeking power supply from Synergy. He is a qualified Engineer and has advised many customers on the technical and cost options for large resources projects, from pre-feasibility studies through to the bankable feasibility and construction stages. Francis has been instrumental in arranging supply contracts for some of Synergy's key gold, nickel and mineral sands customers.

Albert Plummer is the Contracts Administrator for Revenue Services. He manages a small team whose role is to ensure the complex billing requirements of Synergy's major electricity and gas customers are adhered to in an expedient manner. Albert started with SECWA in 1968, and has wide experience in various clerical and administrative roles, primarily in customer service-oriented positions. He is also experienced in accounting and bookkeeping, bringing an all-round knowledge to his role. Albert is still an active cricketer in the South Metropolitan Cricket Association
