Temporary Supplies

A temporary supply provides power for a Builder or tradesperson when there is no permanent connection to the site. This may be connected to overhead wires or an underground dome. Information on temporary supplies should be read prior to contacting the Synergy New Connections team on 6212 2105.

 

An account for a temporary supply must be established with Synergy. Once the account is set up the Consultant will provide you with a reference number.  The reference number must be included with the Electrical Notices submitted to the Network Provider, Western Power.  This reference number is a vital part of the new connection process to ensure there are no delays. 

 

Prior to calling Synergy please be prepared with the following information:

  • Full address of property including lot number and street number (if allocated)
  • The name in which the account is to be established
  • Postal address for accounts
  • If the account is to be in a business name we require the ABN, director's name, date of birth and home address, contact details for the main contact person on the account, and a mailing address.
     

 

Finished with the temporary supply? 
 

Simply call the New Connections team on 6212 2105 and we will arrange for the removal. You must confirm the meter number as well as contact details and a forwarding address for the account.
