  1. Multi Unit/Business application online (Type in, Print and Fax).
  2. New Connection forms brochure.
    If you would like to include the connect brochure with your pre-start kit for your clients, please call us on 6212 2105 and arrange for a bulk order.
  3. New building connection residential.
    Your customers may use the online application for connections for residential accounts only.
  4. Removal of service and meter for demolition
    Complete this form and fax it to us to have a meter service and leads removed from a proeprty prior to demolition.
  5. SmartPower application
    We need to receive the customer's signed application form for SmartPower in order to apply the correct tariff to their account.  Please note: the electrician must fit a compatible meter or we cannot apply the SmartPower tariff.
  6. Third party consent form. If you are opening an account for your client, we need to see their signed consent form allowing you to act on their behalf.
