Standard Electricity Agreement

This document details the standard electricity supply agreement between Synergy and our customers.

Standard Gas Agreement

This document details the standard gas supply agreement between Synergy and small use business customers who consume 180GJ (which equates to approximately A$4,000) of gas per annum but less than 1TJ (which equates to approximately A$22,000) per annum.

Vesting Contract and Displacement Mechanism

This document details the electricity supply contract (the "Vesting Contract") between Synergy and Verve Energy (the Electricity Generation Corporation) and the Ministerial direction.

The Vesting Contract has been amended four times - on 1 June 2006, on 1 September 2006, on 1 December 2006 and on 19 November 2007. The version provided on this website is consolidated to include these amendments.
